Don't need scripture to prove Jews majority in East Jerusalem in late 19th Century and fought with British in WW1 to free the region from the Ottoman/Turk, or that Gaza was occupied by Egypt and the West Bank by Jordan. If Egypt and Jordan had welcomed Israel as a brother/sister nation, perhaps things would be different today.
