I have read the intro and several sections, and indeed, it's framework is CRT, with assertions of "other ways of knowing" written into the proposal, and the overt devaluation of "exceptional" skill because it is racist. There's a widely circulated petition against it, but the union here in California is just too strong.

The rainbow, as shown, is also not fully inclusive, but selective, leaving out X-Rays, Gamma Rays, and the quantum rainbow of a single photon.
