The framework is flawed, and makes assumptions about human beings not in evidence, but only imagined. In this case, the cure is worse than the disease. Grandma should not be forced to take a knee and confess to your imagined sins, lest of all to her own grandchildren.

  37. I'm a registered Democrat in California, we have some of the toughest gun laws in the country, but also some of the highest gun violence in the country. Clearly, guns are not the issue. Not exclusive to America, do some homework, a similar tragedy happened in an Asian country with a man wielding a knife on a playground, or a man in a van on a street in the South of France. Oklahoma City was done with materials purchased at Home Depot. I'd focus on K-12 education and the neglect of young males in certain categories of intellect and behavior. Most have had higher than average IQs but lower than average grades. Easy to focus on them, but focus is elsewhere, and we see the consequences and do nothing.

Read David Howowitz's book, "RADICAL SON", the long march into the institutions started in the 1930s, but the true capture occurred in the early 1970s, Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt are good sources for that info, but I'm guessing you know that.

Colorado allows a citizen to petition to have a candidate removed, in this case, a Republican, ANDERSON, in ANDERSON vs GRISWOLD, has legal standing to bring the petition, 14th Amendment was used as precedent. 4 out of 3 Judges agreed. All legal. I think SCOTUS may not take this case and wait for the General.
