@stevechurch4728 Your concern is 50 years too late.

@stevechurch4728 I was 15, and it was just beginning, by the early 1980s I was at University and it was rampant, clearly virulent, but unrecognized. Read David Howowitz's book, "RADICAL SON", the long march into the institutions started in the 1930s, but the true capture occurred in the early 1970s, Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt are good sources for that info, but I'm guessing you know that.

California's Gov Newsom just signed it into law for K-12. CRT has gone beyond Crenshaw's original framework to include "articles of faith" about race and Western culture, to deny it, is blasphemy. It's pure madness.

@DemocratsUnite Black Woman elected as VA Lt Gov, and immigrant, and a member of the GOP. Look at many of the new GOP delegate faces in VA, you are deluded.

@delbertseal3764 CRT is not a "graduate class", there's a nice pun in that, LOL, but has metastasized into a framework and pedagogy, not dumbed down, that's not the point. It's being used as a tool in the deconstruction of American democracy. Pure and simple, something you probably agree with.

@thomasmoriarty7881 No, CRT is not about slavery, Crenshaw first used it in a landmark racial discriminations labor lawsuit. It's MORPHED and metastasized into a weapon being used to deconstruct Western culture. Has very little to do with history, and even being applied to Climate Change, which CRT claims to be the result of racism.

@jeffarnold3800 When a teacher tells a student grandma is a Racist. FOIA documents show the equity curriculum, Terry McAuliffe's own ED depart had CRT written all over it, docs available, and my own state of California just wrote it into law for K-12, now required for graduation. At some point the denial will go through the same stages as climate change, how ironic.

They're teaching "Grandma is a Racist". I've seen the material, and in my state of California, it is now required for high school graduation.

Lacey Face2020 Less a neurotoxin then a molecule that attacks the thyroid and reduces hormone production. I have to take a replacement, and it is recommended that I don't use products with fluoride. In the 1950s there were conspiracy theories about commies and fluoride, that was BS, but there is now clear evidence of thyroid damage, however, the cost/benefit ratio may be on the side of fluoride, just no one looking into that. If you didn't test your well water for lead levels, that would have been MUCH more detrimental to your kid's cognitive development than fluoride. You were perhaps joking, I am not.

Not about history, comfortable or otherwise, but I get it where you are coming from, THE BIG LIE.

@DemocratsUnite CRT has been, as FOIA documents show, and promoted under McAuliffe in 2015. You want to teach that grandma is a Racist? Really? Good luck with that.

A cursory search on the web will answer that question, why ask, when the info is just a few keystrokes away.

Gov Newsom just signed CRT into law last March for K-12, making a semester in Ethnic Studies a requirement for graduation, guess you didn't get the memo. The California proposed NEW MATH FRAMEWORK is steeped in CRT. There's a petition against it, but coming for your kids.
