In California teachers are asked to write a DEI statement, tantamount to a Loyalty Oath to the Woke agenda, and when hired, are then under the Woke "Sword of Damocles" when teaching from both the DEI commissars, and the parents. Shortage of police recruits for similar reasons, and understandable.
