  2. California proposed "NEW MATH" framework is available to read on the California Education website. I have read the intro and several sections, and indeed, it's framework is CRT, with assertions of "other ways of knowing" written into the proposal, and the overt devaluation of "exceptional" skill because it is racist. There's a widely circulated petition against it, but the union here in California is just too strong.
