@Youtubecensorstruth Agreed, Japan could not have sustained its control of China without the oil, or its expansion to the south. Russia cannot sustain its domination in Ukraine without petro-dollars, it's GDP is only the size of California. Both are an act of war. I believe we are at war right now.

@Youtubecensorstruth I find nothing to disagree with, the 17th century concept of nation/states, as first defined by the Westphalian Agreements, have lost favor among the Western diplomatic elites, as Americans, we are ill-served by leaders I once supported, like John Kerry, who I first saw on TV in 1971 when I was facing the Vietnam War draft. "No Fly Zone" is an act of war, as you know, since it requires ground targets to be taken out, so engagement would happen immediately. I'm no war-hawk, and really have no good ideas at this point. If this is a replay of Putin's Chechnya, the EU will have a front row seat, and I doubt they will sit for it, the hawks will be there, as a history buff, the idea of German troops marching through Poland to Russian territory is mind-boggling.

120 points is less than 1/2%, it's down today by less than 3%, but up 57% over the last 5 years. Warren Buffet when asked "how much did you lose", said "nothing, because I didn't sell". My IRA is doing quite well on a 5-year scale. If Russia and the EU move on each other, many bets would be off, that's for sure.

Others in the Cartel have less, Saudi's have huge reserves already in storage, they don't want to deplete their partners, that's more the issue.

How would a Molten Salt Breeder Reactor using Thorium be more dangerous than a LWR or EPR using Uranium? Both new Nuke tech use passive cooling and "catch" the material if a disaster happens, so nothing like 3-Mile or Fukushima could happen? Are you thinking of the mining process, because I don't see an issue when it comes to thorium as a fuel.

@Youtubecensorstruth "The Dollar" is here as the "world-standard-currency" for at least my lifetime, perhaps the next 20 years. After that, not my problem. The "progressives" in Congress would like to speed up the demise of the dollar, but this new war and the elections in Nov 2022 will stall that. I think Joe Manchin has a shot at 2024.
