California proposed NEW MATH framework for K-12 is steeped in CRT and Equity outcomes, and says the way math is currently taught is racist, and discriminants against black and brown people. It's online, you can read it on the California ED Dept website. In 2015 Virginia Education sent out directives to teachers of K-12 on how to teach CRT, print-outs of those materials are available online, you need only search for it.

  4.  Gollum  There are lawsuits here in Los Angeles over "responsive teaching", as some teachers are actually removed from classrooms for being "culturally unresponsive". CRT is now an article of FAITH, you can be accused of heresy by a child, then excommunicated. Not unlike what happened in Mao's China during the "Cultural Revolution", or Pol Pots Cambodia, where just wearing a pair of western style glasses could get you killed. You can read about it, a petition has been created by math and science professionals to stop it. California is 44 out of 50 states in Math, instead of fixing that by better teaching, they want to lower the standards. CRT in action.

  6.  Gollum  True, there are about 5 million non-Hispanic African Americans over the age of 65 in America, that group, like me, will be gone soon, that does not prove "Grandma is a Racist". Again, bi-racial Children are being taught their white Grandma is a racist, even if she says she is not. It's CRT gospel.

  8.  @sebcw1204  The "damage" cannot be ameliorated using "Critical Theory" as applied to "RACE" in K-12. The framework is flawed, and makes assumptions about human beings not in evidence, but only imagined. In this case, the cure is worse than the disease. Grandma should not be forced to take a knee and confess to your imagined sins, lest of all to her own grandchildren.

  13.  Gollum  Keep gaslighting on CRT being only in "law school", parents in Virginia used FOIA laws to dig it out, and documents are now online to see. CRT is a variant of "Critical Theory", there are many acronyms that begin and end with "C" and "T", you KNOW that, but continue to gaslight on Critical Theory as the framework for CRT. It's no longer "Deconstruction", it is just plain DESTRUCTION.

  15.  @sebcw1204  Your framework definition of CRT is outdated, the methodology of "Critical Theory" as applied to "Race" has seeped into K-12 education. This "Racial Theory" is theory no more, and being applied to children, telling them GRANDMA IS A RACIST. Reminds me of how Eugenics made its way into popular culture back in the early 20th Century, how ironic.

  16.  Gollum  Teachers are being "accused" of being "culturally unresponsive", a euphuism for "racist", losing their jobs and being cancelled. It is an inquisition. A teacher here in Los Angeles sued and was about to win but died in the process. No question their is a challenge to teach, but the solutions are flawed, because they are based on CRITICAL THEORY as applied to RACE. The framework of science is being perverted by CT. CT destroys culture, it is not responsive to it.
