@marcar9marcar972 Kyle is innocent, and deserves his life back. If he chooses to pursue legal action against his defamers, that's up to him. The 2nd amendment right of the individual to bear arms is at stake. Actions have consequences, even when you are only 17.

@Dan I don't think that, not for a second, and don't believe you do, either. My goal is to push back on both extremes, yours included, go get help, perhaps some medication.

The majority opinion, by Justice Antonin Scalia, concluded, among other things, that the phrase bear arms against would always refer to service in a militia. But bear arms by itself—the wording used in the Second Amendment—could sometimes refer to an individual right."

@Perroden 5 people over 52 were killed, one child died of injuries, but like you, focus has been on "kids", when the dead were old people he struck, there are many forms of bigotry, look to you own.

@davedee6745 Wow, you really had to reach for that one, and yes, the individual right to bear arms just made it through, that time, and is safe for now. Roe v Wade was based on a poor case and was a bad decision. Not me saying that, but Ruth Bader Ginsburg, look it up. A right to an abortion is fine with me, just call it what it is, justifiable homicide. You should not hide moral responsibility behind a euphemism like "medical procedure".
