  2. HOLES are for ZIP TIES after ballot is removed, empty envelopes kept for possible future inspection are zip tied together using these holes, you can search on it, and see actual video of how it is done. My vote was not visible, and neither is yours.

  7. "Holes" have been there for years, you cannot see the vote, and they are there to release air so they lay flat for binding and putting through machines.
