  2. He has, and wrote about it in his book. He advised Trump to challenge the covid voting changes but Trump didn't so lost the election. I agree with Barr. If Trump had done that in Georgia ahead of time, there would have been no need of a "phone call". Trump 2024

  4.  @samspade5648  "new ruling" does not give more "civil" protection which had a decision in 1982 with Fitzgerald v Nixon cited in the ruling. There's never been a criminal charge brought to SCOTUS, they sent it down for "clarity", affirming what was already there, absolute immunity for core constitutional acts, but only presumptive immunity for other executive acts, and no immunity for non-constitutional acts. SCOTUS wrote "No President is above the Law". It's not over, the court wrote they are "not the first view" but the "final review". Jack Smith has a lot of work to do.
