  12. I live in California, one-party state, there are 60,000 homeless on the streets of Los Angeles, most with mental illness. City is Democrat controlled, and majority in power are women. Look at who the LA City Council and the LA Country Board of Supervisors are. Look at the demographic of voters, majority Democrat and female. I'm a registered Democrat, have been since 1973, the party changed.
