Comments by "nuqwestr" (@nuqwestr) on "Candace Owens on BLM co-founder's million-dollar home-buying spree" video.
@kareemjones2219 It's not a "nice" neighborhood, that's part of the lie being told. Topanga has long been known as an area for counter-culture people to escape to, like the Black Listed actor Will Geer and musician Neil Young, it's not "Beverly Hills" or even an upper-class suburb, it still has many old, rundown shacks, a nudist colony, and small ranches. The lies get spun from both sides. She didn't buy the house, but was part of a group that acquired the property, but they never tell us why. All sides are being played by the media.

If you lived in "LA" you know Topanga is NOT Beverly Hills, it's a rural area known for over 100 years as a COUNTER-CULTURE enclave and is still full of old shacks as well as custom homes and small ranches. Don't make it what it is NOT. She did not buy the house, she was part of a group that acquired the property. Do you know why? I'm against what BLM is, a neo-MARXIST group, but I am more against the spin of lies coming from all sides.

@sheepthief2785 Hell of a year, though, you have NO IDEA, along with everything else, it was the year my father died, thanks for the reminder.

@gulfchaos1961 I don't know what the purchase was for, do you? I don't support BLM, she may be a crook, I don't know, and none of the videos from FOX, RUBIN and others clarify that. I voted for Trump, but my standards for fair and balanced have not changed, and I've been a registered DEM in California since 1974. It may be used as a Corporate retreat for Marxists. That would not upset me. If it's a FIX AND FLIP scam, throw her in jail.

@thespadestable I agree, she is a power seeker, as are all the BLM founders, followers of the Frankfort School, Herbert Marcuse, Gramsci and 3rd wave Feminist Critical Theory, which I would eagerly debate against, but we should not trade lies. Topanga Canyon is NOT Beverly Hills, not even close.

@sheepthief2785 I live in Los Angeles County and hold both a DRE RE Salesperson license and an NMLS Mortgage Loan Origination license, and have been in private money RE since 2005. You are factually incorrect, Topanga RE is nothing like BH in character or price, the median price in BH is triple that of Topanga.

@dannyholland6694 The median price of a home in Beverly Hills is 3X that of Topanga, it is not an EQ. And it was most likely not purchase as a "home", but as an educational retreat, something Topanga is zoned for, which BH is not. But I am only guessing, as you are.

@samuelgiroux6819 Yeah, but there are few of us, and many are they, more's the pity.

@samuelgiroux6819 "They" are those who understand the spin comes from power seekers on both sides, and as you said, MSM good for "events", but not facts. For "facts", use your free will and seek them out, don't consume and take on the truths designed by others.
