  2.  @thomashayes507  I've been a registered DEM in California since 1974, voted for Jerry Brown that year, the GOP in California cannot even elect assemblypersons, as the DEMs hold a super-majority, which is bad, we need balance, Newsom goes which way the wind blows and can't be trusted, he's OUT!

  6.  @thomashayes507  I don't know how many, that's why we vote. I know I do, and hope the polls are correct and there's a chance for change. I lived in San Francisco of 9 years and watched it go from one of the most beautiful cities in the world to a sewer, and now that "alignment" has come to me in LA County, where my city has seen a 5 fold rise in shootings. We need to assess the ideology that brought us to high crime and low test scores, and be willing to say WE WERE WRONG!

  7.  @thomashayes507  It's not the "far left" in control of LA's DA office, and the Attorney General is not "far left", nor is the State teacher's union, it is mainstream in California, and they need to fess up and admit to their mistakes, but instead, they are doubling down on stupid. Check out the proposed "New Math Framework" for K-12, available on the CA State Education website, parents need to show up at school board meetings, it's out of wack.

  9.  @avomaxo  I disagree, any denial by FOX had little or no impact on climate change, which fundamentally was caused by actions starting in the late 19th century, and peaked in the 1970s, well before FOX existed. Your assertion of causation is not factual. You should look into the process the US went through with OZONE depletion and the "HOLE", and how Ronald Regan saved the planet, as opposed to Al Gore, who was deeply invested in becoming a "Carbon Credit" broker and billionaire. Follow the money. No one denies real science on FOX, only those who market in fear and chaos for their own enrichment. However, both FOX and MSNBC do that, which is why the chickens have come home to roost, and Al Gore has his dirty hand in that, too, in the way he and his friends commercialized the Internet, when it would have been better for humanity as a Utility, not a profit center. The hypocrisy works both ways. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, the facts are just a few keystrokes away, and why info corruption and willful ignorance is epidemic.
