Correct, this is really a DNC hit job on Biden to push Warren into the lead. Poor strategy.

Agreed, that's the real story. Trump is consistent with his character as candidate, and now as President. Biden is the one with inconsistent values and double standards of character.

@realcreatyler9936 I agree, "rumor", that ship has left the dock, the transcript of the phone call has been released. Did Trump break the law? I don't know, and that remains to been judged. How is it judged? Impeachment. Simple. I think Trump's behavior as President is consistent with Trump as candidate. That was not true of Nixon or Clinton. Both campaigned on values they later broke trust with. I did not vote for Trump, but in the fullest meaning of the word, Trump is consistent, so has integrity. If you don't like what others voted for, vote him out.

@joshatticks Integrity has both a qualitative and quantitative meaning, qualitative would be based on opinion. Here is how I look at Integrity: It literally means having "wholeness" of character, just as an integer is a "whole number" with no fractions. Trump was "whole" as candidate, then as President, I do not see a waiver in that character. He has integrity. I also believe him to be a narcissistic opportunist not fit to be President. But we all knew that before he was elected. It requires a vote, not impeachment, to get him out of office. That's democracy.

Deja Vu statement, "Makes no sense, Nixon didn't need any political gain against McGovern" I think the question on Biden's son was, and is, a legitimate one. The former VP did use his influence to gain employment for his wayward son who had no experience in energy matters but was placed on the Board of a Ukrainian energy company run by a corrupt Oligarch and friend of the Clintons. We should all welcome an investigation.

@joshuarivera6460 I have been a registered Democrat since 1973 and feel completely abandoned by that designation. I feel nauseated every time I vote in State and Local elections, and in 2020, with the exception of Andrew Yang, I have no good option. My own Senator Feinstein has been silent on the matter, but PBS rolled out former Sen Barbara Boxer as a foil for impeachment. I'm disgusted, but will maintain my party affiliation and hope for sanity to return. The Dems require CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

@iggyschlepp Agreed, you could argue that Newt Gingrich kicked off the era of partisan distortion and dysfunction in 1995. But Pelosi is just his opposite number, a clone of Newt. I've been in hope of a different behavior from my party, but that hope is gone.
