  1. That's serious, Trump needs GA. Even with AZ and PA, GA essential. He's not going to win the Atlanta metro, but if more come out, that could mean a loss for Trump. I've always thought that was the Dem move, even the Walz pick, all focused on a GA win.

My ad hominem is based in empirical experience. Harris supported Prop 47 which grew a wave of crime throughout our State, we're trying to revise Prop 47, but even Newsom is staying away from it, by now flipping on homeless tent removal after SCOTUS ruling. This wing of my Democratic party is not transparent. Trump is a liar and a clown, but he's transparent about it, Harris is not. You don't know who she is, I will not vote for the unknown, not in this case.

  17.  @allangibson8494  I agree the States have standing, but no State law is superior to a Constitutional Amendment. Section 3 is clear. "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability." States can, but both houses of Congress have the power to overrule the State.

  21. No, that's not it at all. States have control of their elections, have laws, but they take an oath to follow the intent of the law. Colorado qualification law was never meant to be used in this way, and there was no time for due process, which the Colorado Chief Justice said in his dissent. We have a law on the books which covers insurrection and sedition, the 14th Sec 3 is antiquated and moribund.

  29. I read the opinion, it's online. Where does it say that? The Executive Branch always had "presumptive immunity", SCOUTS also said the Executive Branch does not have immunity from turning over evidence. They cannot ignore a subpoena. Nixon couldn't, and neither can Trump based on this ruling.
