Impeachment removes that immunity and a president can then be indicted and arrested for actions that are "presumed" official, but charged they are not, like calling out seal team six to ............

  7.  @vaanfluff  there were subsections to the ruling which included "presumed" official act, which can go to court.

  8.  @pattykelly6621  Ruling was a reaffirmation. Presidents always had absolute immunity for official acts but criminal acts. Nothing has changed. Jailing Trump was possible even before this ruling under Federal law, but the court could still rule it an unofficial act based on a wide range law under which Biden could be charged.

  10.  @andrewjenkinson7052  no, that's not the case, and why SCOTUS sent it back to lower court. Not all acts are "official", were before, not after decision. The only absolute immunity is for official acts which is well defined, if claimed by president to be one, it can still be challenge in court.
