I'm more conflicted by "provocation", which a gun seems to be, at least in my experience, but perhaps not in Kenosha, which sees open carry on a regular basis. Black Panthers legally open carried in Oakland, CA in the 1960s, so double standard.

7 woman 5 men, Kenosha is over 90% white, our law states "jury of peers" but is not meant to be racial, but does imply must be character of community.

That's not why the charge was dismissed. The statue is meant to keep minors from carrying without adult supervision, the judge dismissed, that does not mean he was not guilty of gun charge.
