  2. HHS Secretary are not required to have a medical background. There hasn't been one with a medical background for decades. This is an administrative position like a CEO. The current HHS Secretary for Biden is an attorney from California, former attorney general and congressman. Obama's HHS Secretary had even less experience. DW and the stutter doesn't get it.
