  4. Immigration is a civil matter, the judges are specifically immigration judges and orders for detainment are legal. American citizens cannot be deported, not a native born 4-year old. They can legally remain when the foreign parent is legally deported. BTW, a naturalized citizen can be legally denaturalized and deported. Did you know that?
