While there hasn't been an official declaration of war since the 1973 Yom Kippur War, the two countries have ongoing tensions and have engaged in military confrontations over issues such as territory, particularly the Golan Heights, which Israel captured from Syria in 1967. Various conflicts and skirmishes have continued over the years, contributing to the ongoing state of hostilities between them.

  3. Has Hezbollah been active for 15 years in Lebanon, yes. Is Syria still technically at war with Israel? Yes. Does Israel fly over neighbors they have peace treaties with, like Egypt and Jordan. No.

Israel is in a fight for its very existence against a force who've declared the goal of their total destruction.

Water is plentiful, Israel has the resources to supply its PEACEFUL neighbors, including Jordan.
