In this 35 years student scores and graduation has gone down. Why? Teacher's Union, Teaching Certificates, and increased Admin costs

Yes, my "Billionaire" friend from Jr. High School shamelessly sold Acne medicine on TV for decades. Tilman Fertitta became the star of Billion Dollar Buyer on CNBC. Elon and Zuckerberg headed for cage match, etc etc etc.
