Trump will win in 2024, he is then legally able to pardon himself from all Federal charges, but not State charges. It will be interesting to watch.

@dodgygoose3054 All political motivated. Sexual charge was decades old and a civil charge, not criminal. The loans were all paid back with interest, no complaint for banks, only the State of New York. DA ran election campaign on going after Trump, it was a witch hunt.

@dv6937 Why bring Nixon in, he was pardoned. Trump will pardon himself when he wins in 2024 on the Federal charges, State is a different matter.

Fraud charges were politically motivated, the banks did not sue because they made a profit on the loans which were paid back in full with interest.
