  1. Proportionality is not just related to civilian deaths. The US firebombed 16 square miles of Tokyo killing 100,000 with one million left homeless. Japan never had boots on the ground in the US 48 States. What is the RATIO in that? Hamas intended civilian deaths, Israel does not. That's the ratio you should focus on.
