  6. Who said anything about "banning" abortion, that's not up to the Supreme Court, they DO NOT PASS LAWS. The ignorance here is palatable. If Roe v Wade is overturned, which is highly unlikely even with this conservative court, the issue of abortion goes back to the States. I'm in California, the most populous State, and abortion would still be free and unfettered.

  7. The interviewee said Trump's main reason to push through this Justice is to rule on the upcoming election if necessary, but that's ridiculous, because even if she is not confirmed, the court is now 5-3 conservative after losing Ginsburg. The left is often so incoherent, bizarre.

I think that's a good idea. I am in California, no way abortion is not a healthcare issue, and would not be free and unfettered. Nonsense.
