Nick, Hunter is no longer protected by the 5th Amendment and can be question under oath as to what he did in those 10 years, thereby implicating others. Trump has not proven to be vindictive, he has former opposition on his team, Rubio, Vance, and RFK Jr.

Kushner's father served his time, the Pardon gave him his rights back, didn't keep him from jail. Trump's other pardons were related to lawfare against political opponents, not the self-protection pardon Biden just accomplished. There's a backroom deal we are yet to be aware of related to Trump, who knew about this pardon before Biden announced it. You think you know, but you don't.
