@ZYX261 No, not in this case, the Jordanian struck Paul in the face with a megaphone, he fell back, hit his head and later died. Death was not intended, so in California could not be a capital offense. I don't think the State should have that power. I wish they could deport this guy, but he has dual citizenship, they have taken both his passports, so he will face some level of justice.
