  1. Isn't the Bell Curve a bit passé? The 80/20 rule has been supplanted by the Pareto Distribution, which makes things look even more dystopian. Neither equity or equality should be the goal. It's better to flatten the curve between perceived inequality than anything else. Once the perceived division reaches a certain point, humans go to war. Don't know how, but humans need something other than equity or equality to remain peaceful and productive.
