  5. Section 3 allows both houses of congress by 2/3rds majority to qualify an officer for office, just doesn't say "PRESIDENT. Section 5 is very clear, too.

  7.  @devinw5150  Trump was not named in the Petition, only as cross appellant for the appeal to a higher court. I'm not wrong about Congress, we agree on Section 3, but it requires BOTH Senate and House by 2/3rds. Good luck.

  8.  @nevermorefrompast-qx5wb  There was no "trial", and yes, you do need to prove qualification to be on the State primary ballot of Colorado, and any citizen qualified to vote in that primary can challenge the candidate's qualification. It's legal.
