NO FALSE: Anderson in ANDERSON vs GRISWOLD is a Republican, and there are others on the petition. Why do so many comment not read it first?

There is due process. The petition is again the Colorado Sec of State and the GOP, not Donald Trump. Trump was only a cross-appellant in the case in order to appeal the ruling. All very legal. You can read ANDERSON vs GRISWOLD, it's online, but few do.

States have always had the right, and in Colorado each citizen has the right to challenge the qualification of a candidate in a primary they vote in, that's why ANDERSON vs GRISWOLD was brought by Republicans, not Democrats. Easy to check the facts on that.

@xxcelr8rs Agreed, this is almost all politically motivated and a greater threat to Democracy than anything Trump has done, or could do. But it is legal.
