  5.  @BigKandRtv  "Due Process" dissent on time not about duration of trail but time to prepare a case based on the Colorado qualification law which required it be done within a specified timeframe. That law was never intended for insurrection, only things like age which could be quickly determined. Read Chief Justice Boatright's dissent. The Colorado Sun newspaper did a great job laying it all out, you can read it, not behind a pay wall.

  6.  @BigKandRtv  I agree, there is a treason and sedition statute separate from Sec 3 and 5. In Colorado there was no due process, as the dissenting judges wrote, and SCOTUS will rule.
