The Babylonian Captivity was around 597 BCE and Jews maintained their cultural practices and thrived there even after most were deported back. There is a Babylonian tablet which depicts the fall of Jerusalem. Greek columns were in general use by the 5th Century BCE, so contemporaneous with the cities of Jerusalem, Babylon, and even Rome. Your grasp of history appears to have a rather narrow lens, and one not particularly accurate.
