  1. Have you ever been in a Union? I quit a job with Verizon because the commissars of the Union made my working life miserable after I opted out. There's a difference between organizing for a specific redress and change, and becoming a top down, overbearing bureaucracy that oppresses the worker. The Teacher's Union in my State of California forces employees to align with a DEI statement, which now has the force of a religion, as defined by SCOTUS.
