  1. I think it would be brilliant to start from Western Europe towards eastern Europe and end in Southwest Europe. Thus you first get the economically better off ones, then the ones on a way to betterment a something to compare to and lastly the somewhat more empowered or waring South west... Minus Greece bus they had their own disputes and problems too.

  2. Personally i see no reason why Kosovo could not be a country. Yes it small size might be trouble when trying to build up economy ext ext. But if both agree of Independence may improve the military situation and form better trade deals.
