And to me it reinforced my theory where the communitarian governments seemed to arise within the larger family structures such as were most of the Slavs and the Chinese. Even Poland who is nuclear, I know they still interact and know their cousins and extended family. More like a bunch of nuclear families working together.

Yeah it's a big difference that gets underestimated by all sides. From Central Europe to the UK... I knew my great great aunt, great grandparents, cousins from the third knee and all... Here it's all very nuclear. Heck they were confused why being invited for a Christmas dinner with my boyfriend's family for the first time was a big deal for me and for my family too heh.

@kordellswoffer1520 EU is a mix. Yes it adopts the capitals culture of western Europe but it also Hella social as far as any capitalist block goes. But that doesn't mean socialism. Eg heavy regulation and protection is one way to say the capitalist norm towards it social side.
