  1. 7:30 is not correct. The communist Buildings aren't in city centres. City centers are quite small areas and are always historic. These commie buildings were used to be the outskirts of said cities in the 60/80s. Eg the city where I come from has a hospital built in the 60s that was on the outside of the city. Today it's very much in the city but it's not in the city centre.
