  1. I don't think they are that bad. With a proper construction (insilau, ext..) they can be ideal for small bungalows where you need 2/3 12m containers placed in a rectangle/square. Directed and internally adjusted for the site with appropriate systems. It does need fancy placing in interesting way... It's a heat escape trap and usually doesn't benefits the house that much on this scale. Plus when you use external insulation you can make it appear like standard masonry akin to Central European house styles.
