  2. ​ @maribpires "Europe" is a continent, not a country. Minority of European nations had an Empire, let alone a colonial one. (Some 6 out of more than 40). Additionally stating that something happened as meant to be done 500 years ago is nonsensical. Shall I blame the Romans for not doing more? Or blame the Mongols a 1000 years ago for the diseases and imperial conquest they caused? No.. hence why only today and recent past matters in regards to such claims.
