  2. And inbreeding. The rate is 45% kids being born to first cousin couples or less (brother and sister). With their parents already being a result of such actions. So whilst this is not a comment aimed to shame the Palestinians, due to their high strict Islamic practices their kids are often born prematurely and with an extreme amounts of defects which contribute to much higher death toll even without Israeli force being so blunt.

From blunt Israeli forces to the several generations of inbreeding via first cousin marriages and lower within Palestine ( due to Islamic traditions - 45% of all born babies were from an inbred relationship where their parents already were a result of I breeding) So you cannot just draw a straight one word answer for everything
