  1. "we always have dry summers" We are 1 month into summer and they haven't had rain for 4 months. That means it didn't rain since winter. Note that this is far more akin to Monsoon to dry season duality than 4 season cycle common across Europe.

  2.  @shawnda8069  I guess that's where the problem is. We normally do have the 4 Seasons. But like they stated, it didn't rain for 4 months. Note that we are 1 month into summer. This means that is didn't rain since the end of Winter. And that is a monsoon - dry season type of duality, not the four seasons.
