@edisonwato :D It still is but I didn't encounter it in England as much as in my home country. I even remember when I was in school and we were about to enter buildings to put our hats down along the the coat but we may keep a coat on if cold. :D I still see this being told to little kids in kinder-gardens to show good manners.
