  3. Not really. The point is that one cannot live in isolation from the rest of the world. Very much doubt that Saudi Arabia can manage alone even if it gets milder summers and more rain. There still a lot that the rain won't solve.

  4. Within 5 years there will be water wars i middle east and southern Asia... They already have water emergencies due to shortages. The first climate wars. Then you'll likely get Europe into something of a revolution or rather rebellion where people violently take down governments as soon as these events that are happening touch some mote people directly.
