And a country that remained neutral because they managed to have a Dictator during the cold war whom did everything he could not to get noticed because people were worried of getting attacked by Russia.... The Central Asian countries which are more and more turning to China.... And China which itself had lands annexed by Russia. China which keeps reming everyone of their Century of Humiliation.... Where Russia was the biggest Humiliator of China and annexed most Chinese land from all... And actually kept it.... The Chinese lands which China will desperately need due to water shortage?. Also.... Russia has a rather large Imperial Buffer Zone on the East side... They only bother to expand to the west and always call out for some buffer zones.
