  2. Styx - It is a neighborhood thing in Chicago. Avoid anything south of 55th Street/The Midway and you are OK. UChicago Campus on the edge of that border is stringently patrolled. Lots of rich white kids. No fences either. Probably some kind of tacit agreement.
