There is on average 50 times as much in the atmosphere as CO2. Water vapor is not persistent you say? According to the theory water vapor's lack of persistence in the atmosphere (rain) means WV only counts for heating, not for evaporating more water vapor. Which is absurd because heating causes evaporation. The theory is bunk.

  26. No one in the West was telling us the truth about Russia. Putin made no secret of it. It wasn't reported. Putin has been giving "Historical Russia" speeches since 2019 at least. No leader or news figure made an issue of it. Not the nightly news. Not the rabid Trump supporters.

The real name is "Imperial Russia". All that happened to Imperial Russia is that it converted to Communist Imperial Russia for 70 years. The continuity between the eras is Imperialism.
