They are permanently angry. And the"issues" are not the issue. Hitler was an abused child. Addiction is a symptom of PTSD. America has 10% alcoholism. In Russia the number is 40%. Xi is an alcoholic. Putin is an abused child. Some people with PTSD crave power and control. Almost all politicians. It is not just Russia with an abused child problem. It is world wide. And undiagnosed. It also explains why Democrats are crazy and permanently angry. Anger is what their issues have in common. There is no rational thought.
