  1.  @MTGHedgefund  Well I think you might have a point. Words on paper should not be law. Consulting Ouija Boards for facts and the law should be the preferred method. That would simplify things considerably. That way we wouldn't have ANY pesky standards to live up to. Fortunately no one has sued to eliminate the FDA - yet.

  6.  @scobraw47711  As far as I know he hasn't proposed any Federal law. It is how he thinks the issue should be dealt with. State law if you will. He is very pragmatic about most everything except the Drug War. He wants to fight the cartels harder - which means supporting them. Because if you don't want cartels you legalize. He knows that. He said "legalize" at a 1990 awards lunch.

  8.  @MTGHedgefund  First off - medical is a States Rights issue. So the decision was correct. Without an Amendment The Feds cannot regulate medical procedures. The Federal Drug War is illegal. Second off - his limit is 3 months. So policing is not intrinsically invasive.

No one has complained - so far. Drs are licensed by the States and an Alcohol Prohibition Amendment was required. We are missing a Drug Prohibition Amendment.
