  1. Federal Drug Prohibition means addicts can't be treated with drugs. That is 80% of the homeless problem. Drugs fill receptors. What empties receptors (injury, PTSD) causes a desire for drugs. Drugs CAN'T cause addiction. Pass it on. -- Republicans LOVE persecuting addicts, because according to the Government, addicts brought it on themselves by using drugs without Government permission. Dr. Lonny Shavelson in his book "Heroin" said that 70% of female heroin addicts had been sexually abused in childhood. Any questions?
