  4. Liar Cohen has testified Trump lied about the invoice. Which he also testified was at least in part fees for lawyer services. What better proof is required of an intentional Federal election crime? Which this court has no jurisdiction over. Given all the charges they have improved that to 34 times as much jurisdiction. They are very clever. Proof is that they have fooled a lot of obviously smart people.

  6. Call him now. It will be evidence for the appeal. Even if denied. The appeals court deals with issues brought up at trial. Trump's atty in cross today hinted Costello will testify.

  7. As a political operative he doesn't dare put Trump in jail. He knows it will boost Trump's popularity. If he gets a guilty verdict I'm guessing a $200 million fine or some such.

  8. Cohen testified that besides "Hush Money" he was also paid in the same invoice for legal expenses. And on top of that will come Costello's testimony. And of course Cohen is a liar. BTW doing it for Trump is not the same as Trump ordered it. Cohen is perfectly capable of committing crimes without Trump's authorization. He has already been convicted of doing that.
