Pain and possibly other things. Drugs can't cause a desire for drugs. Medical schools in America teach - addiction is a symptom of PTSD. Dr. Lonny Shavelson found that 70% of female heroin addicts had been sexually abused in childhood. Stop child abuse. Christians persecuting the sick. Christians persecuting abused children. Am I the only one willing to talk?
